3. Tool Room

The Tool room was established in 1989. The key strength of this department is the people who have a long association with the company and have experience of developing new tools in a very short time span. It has all facilities required in operating an efficient tool room like:

CNC Milling machines
VMC'S machines
CNC Lathe Machines
Ultrasonic lapping machines.
Other conventional Tool Room Machines.

We are conversant with using CAD/ CAM software like PRO-E, AUTOCAD IDEAS,
for ease/ precision in die manufacture.

4. Stamping.

Based on the growing needs of tubular components and Steel Stampings, Sage Metals had established a Stamping Division at Neemrana, District Alwar, Rajasthan about 120 km's from Delhi Airport. It has the following machinery

Mechanical Presses 5Ton - 300Tons(Including Double acting press.)
Thread Rolling Machines
Pipe Cutters

Both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys using lost wax method.

b) Gravity Die-Casting

Alloy used A356 etc.
Aluminium alloy parts upto 8.0 Kgs of weight.
